This is to inform you of the sale offer for M/V "Professor Polshkov", shipowner JSC "SEVMORNEFTEGEOFIZIKA", Murmansk. Market (selling) price of the vessel stated by the shipowner is USD 2.75 million. The main characteristics of the vessel, state of the machinery and equipment are listed in the appendix. The vessel will be available for inspection at the port of Vung Tau, Vietnam, from August 10, 2011. Buyer will not have the right to equip the vessel as seismic research vessel. When resell the vessel, the above mentioned terms are to be observed in all Contracts.
